Our story

In 2011 Greater Potential Leadership became a reality. However, our speaking, and training services first began in 2004. Since then the business has grown to also include development coaching, content creation, and consulting services.  

You know what we love about our company? We get to inspire people, teams, and organizations to their greater potential and we have a lot of fun while we do that! This is not just a job to us… it’s a calling! And we’ve actually been quite successful at it as we have used our customized approach with customers to offer them a solution that truly fits their specific needs rather than another "cookie cutter” training program.
