Coty believes passionately in the potential of people both as individuals and in their collective power as teams. For the past 6 years he has invested his life into developing leaders who develop leaders. He considers himself a leader multiplier, and through his efforts, those he has led have impacted more than 500,000 leaders directly and more than one million indirectly.
Coty has been responsible for the coaching and development of young people on a national stage. Through his coaching he has enabled young leaders to identify and set meaningful goals, establish rhythms to increase effectiveness, and learn how to successfully pursue their purpose and unleash their potential. Those young leaders have gone on to be named Rhodes Scholars, become collegiate mascots, landed dream jobs, but most importantly have transformed their patterns to be successful in life as well-balanced leaders.
An adept communicator, he has traveled the country entertaining audiences with humorous stories that have meaningful lessons. Whether it’s a group of middle school students or professional adults, Coty uses his fun-loving personality to connect with the audience in order to deliver maximum impact. As a former sales representative, he used his gifts as a communicator and relationship builder to bring million-dollar growth to his territory.
Coty doesn’t believe there is anything new in leadership, rather new ways of looking at basic truths which already exist. He believes leadership can be found all around us if we are willing to look for it and that every person is capable of being a leader who fulfills their greater potential.
He will tell you himself, he more than fulfilled his potential as a suitor when he convinced his beautiful wife, Nikki, to marry him. They, and their daughter, reside in Indianapolis, but get back to Kentucky every chance they can to visit family and enjoy the outdoors. He enjoys woodworking projects, training for triathlons, and throwing his daughter as high in the air as he can.
Beau Williamson has been speaking to groups on leadership for more than 15 years. His passion for leadership and helping others achieve their greater potential first came from his involvement with the premier youth leadership organization, FFA. It was through that student leadership organization that Beau realized something powerful… His potential to make a difference!
He has toured the nation visiting more than 40 of the 50 states speaking with various groups on the subject of leadership. In total, Beau has reached more 250,000 people with the speeches he has given and workshops he has facilitated. These audiences stretch from youth organizations to corporate crowds.
On a more personal note Beau grew up in Clovis, CA on a small “Old McDonald had a farm.” It was there that he learned the importance of a hard days work and the importance of seeking to do your best. His interests include: outdoor activities, reading, church, spending time with family and friends, agricultural activities and being involved in positive growth experiences.
Beau is rooted in agriculture and driven by leadership. In 2005-2006 he served as a State Sentinel for the California FFA Association. And in 2006 he was elected as the National President of the FFA. During the summer of 2008 Beau worked in Washington, DC at the White House. Currently, he serves the agriculture industry as he helps provide farmers with solutions to help them produce a safe, affordable and abundant food supply, in addition to investing in training and development.
He is a strong believer that everything happens for a reason. Beau believes you can either let life happen or make life happen. Passion, growth, relationships and faith are what motivate him and serve as his foundation.
